Job summary

Upward Community in Chicago is seeking a Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and move our mission forward. You’ll build meaningful donor relationships, grow major gifts, and guide campaigns to support Circle of Support programs.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, and the board to cultivate opportunities, pursue grants, and advance emotional health initiatives across the Chicagoland community.
