Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will manage a high‑impact donor portfolio, drive pipeline discipline, grant compliance, stewardship, and reporting. You will partner with the CEO, board, and program teams to secure five‑ to seven‑Figure gifts and expand major giving while ensuring sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage donor portfolios and close major gifts.
• Experience overseeing fundraising operations, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor-facing materials.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage active portfolio of donors and funders, cultivating five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts.
• Lead development operations: CRM, gift processing, acknowledgments, reporting.
• Support the Chief Development Officer with donor strategy and board engagement.
• Collaborate with communications, finance, and programs to align proposals with outcomes.
