Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in appropriate area + 3 years in Development or related field; or Bachelor's + 5 years in Development or related field.
• Valid Florida driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift prospects ($100,000+).
• Grow and refine a portfolio of prospects, donors and event sponsors, advancing relationships to closure.
• Develop concept papers and major gift proposals and acknowledge gifts appropriately.
• Coordinate involvement of volunteers, physicians, faculty and staff to support fundraising and engagement initiatives.
• Increase knowledge and support for campaign priorities, including capital needs and endowments.
• Oversee events and stewardship coordination to ensure successful execution.
