Job summary

Northwest Immigrant Rights Project seeks a Development Director to lead the fundraising program during a period of growth and heightened visibility. The role aims to raise $8 million over the next 3 years by directing a comprehensive fund development strategy and coordinating donor efforts.

You will oversee an annual fund and events, mobilize the Board and Fundraising Committee, and manage a three-person development team, aligning all activities with NWIRP’s core values of fairness,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in non-profit fund development.
• 3 years in a director-level role or equivalent.
• Experience growing major gifts program and soliciting $50K+ gifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year fundraising initiative to raise $8M over 3 years.
• Oversee annual fund plan and major events.
• Mobilize Board of Directors and Fundraising Committee; mentor staff.
