Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related professional and leadership experience.
• At least 2-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Established successful track record in fund-raising.
• Experience managing successful special events and fundraising efforts.
• Proven grant writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office applications (365), Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress or others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy and annual plan.
• Lead annual fund activities including donor segmentation and major gifts.
• Research new donor prospects and gift opportunities; pursue opportunities.
• Manage funder relationships, proposals, reports, and communications.
• Coordinate marketing, public relations, and fundraising events.
• Oversee grant planning, reporting, and compliance.
