Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of nonprofit development experience.
• Proven success raising at least $1 million annually.
• Leadership experience with teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and grant-writing skills.
• Knowledge of health equity and diverse community engagement.
• Willingness to travel across Minnesota and nationally.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to raise at least $1 million annually.
• Lead fundraising streams including major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and events.
