Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of nonprofit development experience with fundraising and donor relations.
• Hands-on experience across major gifts, grants, annual giving, and events.
• Fluent with Raiser's Edge CRM for campaigns, funds, and appeals.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and the board on campaigns.
• DC-area fundraising knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute development plans to meet annual revenue goals.
• Lead data and development operations, from CRM to dashboards.
• Oversee gifts, budgets, and reporting for leadership committees.
• Lead fundraising events strategy and execution.
• Coach and develop a small development team.
