Job summary

Parkinson’s Foundation is seeking an Advancement Director to lead the Great Lakes Chapter across Ohio and Michigan. You will drive revenue growth through events, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and Ambassador/board development while delivering mission education and outreach.

You will manage budgeting and long‑term strategy, cultivate key community partners, and collaborate with the Regional Director to meet regional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of direct fundraising experience.
• Proven fundraising track record including events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation and recognition.
• Demonstrated budgeting, strategic planning and volunteer development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and outreach strategies to meet Chapter targets and benchmarks.
• Develop and monitor annual budget and long‑term revenue growth plan.
• Lead donor cultivation, stewardship and major solicitations for increased giving.
• Manage and coach Chapter team and Ambassadors, including Board leadership.
• Represent the Foundation locally, build partnerships and engage communities.
