Five Sparrows in Florence, SC is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy and donor engagement for a faith-based, two-year residential program that supports women in recovery. You will design comprehensive plans to sustain growth and secure resources, reporting to the Executive Director.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated nonprofit fundraising experience
