Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years nonprofit development experience.
• Experience as a fundraising generalist with hands-on practice at institutional giving/grant writing, major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and online campaigns.
• Experience managing development operations from CRM management to budget monitoring to gift processing.
• Enthusiasm to propose fresh ideas and drive them with leadership support.

• Lead development and stewardship plans to achieve annual revenue goals.
• Oversee moves management for major donors and manage campaigns to widen the donor base.
• Serve as primary point of contact for small/mid-size donors and maintain donor relations.
• Draft compelling fundraising messaging and coordinate with the ED on strategy and spend planning.
• Track grant opportunities, craft proposals, and maintain a grant calendar in the CRM.
