Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., Jacksonville Regional Office seeks a Director of Development to lead all fundraising, development, marketing and communications efforts. This exempt, full‑time role oversees strategy, donor relations, and staff while advancing the agency’s mission in the Jacksonville community.

The Director will develop a comprehensive fundraising plan, cultivate major gifts, supervise the development team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human services, public administration or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years nonprofit fundraising, development and marketing.
• Certified Fund-Raising Executive a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals and long‑term sustainability.
• Lead major gift fundraising with foundations, corporations, and major donors.
• Oversee fundraising events and campaigns with donor stewardship.
• Ensure activities align with the agency’s strategic plan and COA accreditation standards.
• Provide strategic leadership to the development team and manage staff performance.
