Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–10 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts from $25K to $1M and foundation grants.
• Hands-on experience leading capital campaigns or large-scale fund development.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisory Board formation and partner with Board members to advance fundraising priorities.
• Guide board through donor cultivation and facilitate key introductions.
• Develop briefing materials and fundraising plans for board engagement.
• Oversee donor databases and manage the prospect pipeline.
• Monitor fundraising metrics and revenue progress.
• Compile updates and reports for leadership and board.
• Manage grant submissions, sponsorships, and funding applications.
