Job summary

CASA of Linn County is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead fundraising, donor development, and community partnerships across Linn and Benton Counties.

You will work closely with the Executive Director to craft a long-term development strategy, identify new funding opportunities, and oversee donor records and stewardship.

The role requires cultivating relationships, making direct asks, and representing CASA in the community at events and with local businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in fundraising or donor relations.
• Experience in nonprofit sector and donor stewardship.
• Strong ties to Benton County and understanding of the local community landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising goals and strategies.
• Cultivate individual, corporate, foundation, and community funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, businesses, and partners.
• Lead donor recognition, stewardship, and reporting.
• Represent CASA at community events and fundraisers.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and grant writer on grants.
• Oversee donor records and fundraising analytics.
