This position works closely with executive leadership to advance YNHS’s financial sustainability and mission impact.
Lead grant prospecting strategy and maintain funding pipeline.
Serve as lead author for competitive federal and foundation proposals.
Ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and regulations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal development.
Manage grant lifecycle, including reporting and compliance.
Maintain tracking systems and improve grant processes.
