Job summary

ABOUT THE POSITION

In partnership with the Executive Director, the Development Director will help set strategic direction for fundraising and collaborate with staff and board to achieve organizational goals. Our small team makes a big impact with an annual budget of $1M. This position is supported by the Communications Director, Business Manager, and Gift Entry Associate Volunteer.

This position is planned at 26-32 hours per week, with full time potential in the coming year. (Staff working 26+ hours per week are benefit eligible.
