Job summary

Packard Health is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead the Development Department and direct all fundraising and donor engagement activities. This role requires high-level strategic planning, hands-on involvement in major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, events, grants, and corporate sponsorship.

The position offers the opportunity to advance Packard Health's solid development program to the next level and work within a community-focused nonprofit setting at multiple locations

Qualifications

• Experience in high-level strategic fundraising planning.
• Ability to build and manage donor programs across multiple channels.
• Proven track record in major gifts, grants, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Department and oversee all fundraising and donor engagement activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the development team.
• Develop and drive programs for major gifts, annual fund, planned giving, grants, events, and corporate sponsorships.
• Foster relationships with donors and sponsors to support Packard Health’s mission.
