Job summary

Packard Medical Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as the senior HR leader across the physician and employee lifecycle. Based in the Bay Area, you will drive people strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations in a multidisciplinary pediatric network.

You will report to the PMG President and partner with hospital leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace across 40+ locations and 200 physicians/providers.
