Job summary

The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis seeks a Development Business Analyst to serve as the primary analytics partner for Advancement. You will design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, datasets, and tools that translate CRM and enterprise data into reliable information for decision-making.

You will develop predictive analytics and ML models where appropriate, partner with fundraising to implement scalable solutions, and contribute to museum-wide data governance and data quality

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with nonprofit fundraising or membership data is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases; data warehouses and enterprise data preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, maintains, and enhances reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics using CRM and data sources.
  • Translates business questions into analytical requirements and develops ad-hoc queries.
  • Develops predictive analytics and ML models for donor propensity, segmentation, forecasting, and campaigns.
  • Ensures data quality, documentation, and governance across analytics products.
