About the Role

Love non-profit work, community building, and event planning? Summerfield Waldorf School and Farm is hiring a warm, highly organized Development Coordinator to support our fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship—including our popular spring Farm to Feast event.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Events: Help plan and run our Annual Giving Campaign and spring events, including volunteer coordination and logistics.
• Donor Communication: manage outreach and communications with donors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the School Director, Development Committee, Board, and volunteers to coordinate fundraising efforts.
• Creative Design: Use Canva/graphic design tools to create flyers, social graphics, and campaign emails.
• Data & Admin: Maintain accurate donor records, track pledges, and update databases.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fundraising, non-profits, event planning, or communications preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
