Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes in Austin, TX is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Relationships & Giving (R&G) team with donor research, gift stewardship, and event support. You will help coordinate donor visits, assist with giving groups, and prepare materials for cultivation and reporting.

The role offers full-time, non-exempt hours with occasional evenings or weekends; office at Community First! Village. A strong focus on donor relations and communications is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar donor CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor gifts, including annual gifts and major gifts.
• Coordinate large donor visits and work with Events team on logistics.
• Support Friends of the Village giving groups and CRM tracking.
• Produce impact stories with Communications and Major Gifts teams.
