Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience in administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience using customer or constituent databases (Salesforce highly preferred), MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Philanthropic Advisory Councils, including scheduling meetings and drafting communications.
• Manage donor data and research activities in Salesforce and other tools.
• Support donor stewardship activities, including impact reports and personalized communications.
• Assist with events, tours, and volunteer engagement logistics.
• Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
• Other duties as assigned
