Job summary

Nationalpublicradioinc in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Donor Services and Logistics Coordinator to join the Development division. This role involves handling donor inquiries, managing database entries in Salesforce, and providing on-site support for fundraising events.

The successful candidate will thrive in a detail-oriented environment and learn about NPR’s fundraising processes. The position is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Experience working with confidential data in a nonprofit or comparable organization.
• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Docusign and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for public donor inquiries.
• Responsible for database gift entry in Salesforce and independent processing of various transactions.
• Work with frontline fundraisers to ensure proper entry of all relevant information.
