CAIR San Diego is seeking a passionate Development Coordinator for a part-time position. Responsibilities include event planning, CRM management, and donor tracking. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ideally with experience in social justice-oriented nonprofits.
Work Location:San Diego, CA
Term:Temporary, Part-time (20-25 hours/week) with occasional evenings and weekends required. Position ends 12/31/25
Position Status:Non-Exempt
Reports to: Executive Director
Pay Range:$25-$29/hour commensurate with skills and experience.
Benefits: Five paid sick days and 3% employer-matched retirement plan

About the Role:The San Diego office of CAIR (CAIR-SD) is looking for a passionate and talented individual to fill the Development Coordinator position. The Development Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of duties including event planning, CRM database management, donation tracking/reporting, and donor recognition and memberships. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing landscape of priorities and responsibilities and be able to work independently.
