Job summary

You'll work closely with Development leadership, entering gifts in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, running reports, and coordinating donor acknowledgments and stewardship activities.

Responsibilities

• Enter charitable gifts accurately within Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Maintain donor records and ensure data integrity in the development database.
• Run reports and organize fundraising data to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, mail merges, and thank-you communications.
• Track stewardship activities and assist with donor follow-up efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the Development team, including document preparation and record management.
• Manage spreadsheets, reporting tools, and departmental data requests.
• Collaborate with Development leadership to support daily fundraising operations and special projects.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

• Processing and entering charitable gifts accurately within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Maintaining donor records and ensuring data integrity within the development database.
• Running reports and organizing fundraising data to support leadership decision-making.
• Coordinating donor acknowledgments, mail merges, and thank-you communications.
• Tracking stewardship activities and assisting with donor follow-up efforts.
• Providing administrative support to the Development team, including document preparation and record management.

BACKGROUND PROFILE...

• Previous experience in a Development Coordinator, Development Assistant, Development Administrator, Donor Services, or similar support role.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Raiser’s Edge, or another donor CRM/database strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry and gift processing experience with a commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
