Zusammenfassung

Richmond Waldorf School seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising, grants, communications, alum relations, and school events. You will work closely with the Development Committee and report directly to the Executive Director.

The role builds and executes fundraising plans (Annual Fund, events, grants), manages donor communications, tracks progress toward goals, coordinates alumni outreach, and helps prepare reports and tax receipts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (business, communications, education or related).
• 3 years’ experience in development management or coordinator role preferred.
• Fundraising experience in a school setting.
• Understanding of Waldorf education or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Strategically plans and executes a fundraising plan for the fiscal year with the Development Committee.
• Manages creation and disbursement of the Annual Report.
• Create and distribute fundraising campaign outreach (mailed and email).
• Track progress toward fundraising goals and report to the school community.
• Coordinate alumni relations and plan events with the Executive Director.
• Coordinate school events and manage communications for campaigns and PA activities.
• Submit internal and external reports and partner with outside contractors as needed.
