Job summary

You will partner with operations leaders, trainers, and safety professionals to align curricula with industry standards, maintain training facilities, and support onboarding and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Requires coaching, mentoring or training experience in technical or field settings.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to support outdoor training and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily training activities, including skills practice and safety discussions.
• Mentor employees on safe work practices, equipment operation and job planning.
• Maintain training facilities and materials to ensure effective learning.
• Support onboarding and readiness assessments for operational roles.
• Document progress, coaching discussions and assessment outcomes.
• Assist in storm response and field support as needed.
