30 Children's Emergency Relief International is seeking a data analyst with experience in fundraising to empower at-risk youth. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, particularly with Salesforce, and should demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills.
You will design and maintain fundraising reports, assist with donor research, and provide executive support to leadership. This role is pivotal in optimizing data-informed fundraising practices.
We are a global nonprofit organization with offices in Eastern Europe, South Asia, Africa, and Central America, working with children, families, and communities to create supportive environments and empower at‑risk youth.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, non‑profit management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM (Salesforce), and non‑profit operations. Exceptional cross‑cultural communication skills, an analytical mindset to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, impact‑driven environment, a strong commitment to process documentation and sophisticated reporting, and a high level of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence are required. Salesforce Trailhead credentials are required.
