Job summary

Camp Shield is seeking a Development Associate VISTA to join AmeriCorps VISTA in Houston, TX. The role focuses on strengthening Camp Shield’s fundraising pipeline, expanding community partnerships, and advancing program development to support Women Veterans and their families.

The incumbent will work full-time from 2026 to 2027, engage in grant writing, outreach, and volunteer coordination, and help secure sustainable funding for housing and supportive services.

Qualifications
