Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Development Associate to support project management and execution across active multifamily development projects. You will work with the regional Development team and cross-functional partners to support budgeting, financial analysis, consultant coordination, design reviews, construction activities, and investment reporting.

The role involves lifecycle support from site evaluation through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial, market, and project-related information.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, including coordinating multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities across active development projects, tracking milestones, budgets, and priorities.
• Prepare and maintain Development Review Updates (DRUs) and Development Cost Reports (DCRs).
• Develop and track project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify variances.
• Assist in preparing Investment Committee packages.
