Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, civil engineering, construction management, architecture, urban planning, or related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction management, commercial brokerage or valuation, architecture or engineering practice, municipal planning, or real estate finance.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work within and audit a development budget and a basic pro forma.

Responsibilities

• Project controls and reporting: maintain the development budget, prepare monthly project reports, and track schedule and long-lead items.
• Consultant and team coordination: manage scheduling, deliverables, and minutes for design and consulting teams.
• Entitlements and permitting: assemble and submit applications, track review comments, and support public hearings.
• Design and construction support: assist design reviews, coordinate RFI/submittals, and support closeout activities.
• Investment and handoff support: assist with underwriting updates, Investment Committee materials, and handoffs to asset management.
