Job summary

Wellesley College seeks a Development Associate to support the Vice President for Development in advancing major gift priorities. The role coordinates projects, drafts donor communications, and tracks the solicitation cycle with precise records.

Responsibilities include CRM data entry (Affinaquest/Salesforce), briefing materials, travel logistics, and AVP/Campaign Director support. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days on campus and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three years of professional experience in an office, research, or institutional environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor workflow and monitor VP’s top list to manage outreach and milestones.
• Draft donor-facing communications and create concise briefings for meetings.
• Maintain CRM data in Affinaquest/Salesforce and record activity reports.
• Provide AVP and Campaign Director with calendar and administrative support.
