Pivotal is seeking a Development Associate to support fundraising, donor engagement, and marketing efforts within the Development team. You will manage donor records, process gifts, acknowledge donations, and assist with prospecting and data-driven fundraising strategies.

The role collaborates on email campaigns, social media, and event promotions, requiring strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional nonprofit development, fundraising, or administrative experience.
• Experience with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, HubSpot) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Development-related communications and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate donor records and gift processing in the CRM.
• Generate and send thank-you letters; coordinate CEO sign-off.
• Provide admin support to the Development team and manage multiple tasks.
