Mass General Brigham’s Development Office seeks a Development Associate to support the Cooley Dickinson Development Team in Northampton, MA. The Development Associate is an operations role on the Cooley Dickinson Development Team within the Mass General Brigham Development Office. With guidance and training, the Associate administers the post-award grants process, performs essential database functions including generating contact lists and managing constituent records in the CRM, and oversees email and community fundraising platforms. Also, the Associate handles several important administrative functions, including processing mail, depositing donations, managing the daily and weekly donor acknowledgements, and serving as a public point of contact for the office. The Development Associate position is a fully in-person role and requires working on-site at the designated office location five days per week.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
