Job summary

RETS Associates has been retained by a rapidly growing, institutionally backed industrial real estate developer to recruit a Development Associate in Phoenix.

This is far more than a technical underwriting role. While strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and development acumen are required, the firm is ultimately making an EQ hire as much as an IQ hire. Working directly alongside senior leadership, this individual will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle—from acquisitions and underwriting through capitalization, construction, leasing, and stabilization—while helping execute a growing pipeline of industrial projects across the Southwest and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of commercial real estate experience, strong Excel and underwriting skills, and the ability to think critically rather than simply generate analysis.
