Job summary
The Joffrey Ballet seeks a Development Assistant in Chicago, IL to support gift intake, acknowledgment and reporting, helping ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
You will assist the CAO and DOD with scheduling and coordinate across Development, Marketing, Finance and IT to advance fundraising efforts. This is a full-time role at a premier arts organization offering exposure to a broad range of fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Accepts, records, reports and acknowledges gifts and pledges in accordance with Joffrey policy and IRS regulations.
- Supports scheduling needs for CAO and DOD and collaborates with development, marketing, finance and IT.
