The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago seeks an Annual Giving & Women’s Board Coordinator to support the Annual Campaign and serve as the primary liaison for the Women’s Board. You will assist with donor communications and manage meeting logistics.

Working with the Associate Director of Individual Giving, you’ll help elevate engagement with Women’s Board members and coordinate acquisition and renewal activities. The Joffrey celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually

The Annual Giving & Women’s Board Coordinator supports the Annual Campaign process and serves as the primary liaison for the Women’s Board. The Annual Giving Manager & Women’s Board Liaison supports the Associate Director of Individual Giving in all aspects of the Annual Giving Program, including assisting with annual acquisition appeals, managing the donor renewal upgrade letter process, and related digital and web-based communications. The Annual Giving & Women’s Board Coordinator serves as the direct contact for Annual Giving inquiries and support for donors giving between $1-2,499. This position is also responsible for all Women’s Board meeting logistics and scheduling, helping the Associate Director of Individual Giving manage the path to elevate and deepen overall Joffrey engagement with Women’s Board members.
