Job summary

LGE Corporation is seeking an Associate to support development and asset management activities across a broad portfolio. You will work with the VP of Transactions to coordinate due diligence, review contracts, build pro forma models, and assist in asset management through the development life cycle.

The role requires strong multitasking, analytical skills, and the ability to present information clearly in databases and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in real estate, legal studies, project management, or finance.
• Master degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence across asset acquisitions and feasibility studies.
• Construct pro forma models of monthly cash flows and budgets.
• Prepare capital requests and update packages for stakeholders.
• Maintain central database of developments with KPIs and milestones.
• Assist in contract-related tasks with legal counsel.
