Adam’s Camp is seeking a Development Manager in Englewood, Colorado, to build fundraising systems and a major-gift pipeline. You will identify prospects, initiate relationships, and cultivate donors while collaborating with the Executive Director and Board to execute a sustainable fundraising strategy.

The role focuses on annual giving, donor acquisition and cultivation, corporate sponsorships, and donor communications, with a hybrid-remote work arrangement and no grants/events ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and secure charitable contributions and sponsorships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and implement an annual development plan with measurable goals.
• Create and manage an individual donor and major-gift pipeline from ground up.
• Identify new individual, corporate, and community prospects and cultivate relationships.
• Develop solicitation strategies for major donors and secured engagements.
• Lead annual giving and donor communications, including campaigns and stewardship.
