Job summary
Lincoln Avenue Communities in Santa Monica is seeking an Analyst to support the development of affordable housing nationwide. You will gain end-to-end exposure from evaluating opportunities through financing and closings, collaborating with Development, Asset Management, and Construction teams and external partners to move projects from concept to stabilization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with strong academics and leadership.
- 1-2 years in development, real estate investment, or finance.
- Basic understanding of affordable housing and LIHTC, with interest to grow.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and presentations for development and acquisition opportunities.
- Partner with lenders and investors to secure debt and equity financing.
- Conduct market research to support opportunities and projects.
- Support construction management and design processes with attention to detail.
- Review due diligence materials including financial, market, and regulatory data.
- Assist with applications and documentation for financing and subsidies.
