Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of real estate with interest in affordable housing.
• Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and analysis.
• Self-starter with ability to own responsibilities and work in a team.
• Excellent time management and communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze due diligence materials.
• Evaluate market supply, demand, and economic trends.
• Build and maintain financial models to support project analysis.
• Present recommendations to LAC’s Investment Committee.
• Track and update project details in the internal project management system.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of third-party reports, site visits, and vendor communications.
• Participate in deal team meetings, capturing notes and action items.
• Support various ad hoc projects across the Development team.
