Your role involves directly solving problems or connecting developers to resolve issues, surveying automated testing and CI tools to prevent downtime, and investigating crashes and errors in development and live environments. Qualified candidates should be agile and self-starters.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to issues encountered with software automation
• Drive resolutions across multiple departments to maintain build stability
• Provide desktop support for developers
• Investigate and validate reported issues

Requirements:

• 1+ years of game industry-related experience
• Experience with automated software test tools and scripting
• Systems integration, verification, and validation experience
• Familiarity with the entire game development lifecycle
• Experience with discrepancy reporting systems (e.g., JIRA)
• Familiarity with tracking revisions in Perforce
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
