Your role involves solving problems directly or connecting developers to resolve issues. You will monitor automated testing and CI tools to prevent downtime, investigate crashes and errors in development and live environments. Candidates should be agile and proactive.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to issues with software automation
  • Drive resolutions across departments to maintain build stability
  • Provide desktop support for developers
  • Investigate and validate reported issues
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the game industry
  • Experience with automated software testing tools and scripting
  • Systems integration, verification, and validation experience
  • Familiarity with the entire game development lifecycle
  • Experience with discrepancy reporting systems (e.g., JIRA)
  • Familiarity with revision tracking in Perforce
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
