A leading company is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to join their Developer Support Engineering team. This position focuses on resolving complex support cases related to APIs, automation, and integrations, offering a clear career growth path within technical support.

We’re looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join our Developer Support Engineering (DSE) team. This team serves as the central hub for resolving many of Airtable’s most technically complex support cases across APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, and admin tooling.
In this role, you’ll focus on developing deep product knowledge and technical fluency in areas like scripting, automation, OAuth, SSO/SAML, and Airtable’s API. You’ll work closely with teammates and senior engineers to resolve advanced issues, build reusable documentation, and contribute to the team’s growing library of tools and resources. This is a strong entry point into advanced technical support at Airtable, with a clear path toward greater autonomy, specialization, and long-term career growth.
What you'll doShift Details
This role will work a standard shift of 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. This schedule is designed to extend our real-time coverage for technical issues into late PST hours and support customers in the ANZ region during their business day.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$95,000—$124,100 USD
For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:
$86,000—$111,800 USD
