Job summary

Diagrid is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area to be the public face of Dapr and Diagrid. You will own community growth, content creation, and developer engagement end-to-end, working closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

You will drive contributor growth, moderate communities, craft tutorials and sample projects, and lead technical webinars and live sessions. Travel for Meetups and conferences may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or developer relations experience.
• Proven ability to grow and engage developer communities.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Dapr OSS community across GitHub, Discord, and channels.
• Moderate and nurture the ecosystem, answer technical questions, welcome contributors.
• Create blogs, tutorials, architectural guides, and sample apps showing Dapr + AI agents.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and live demos regularly.
• Manage YouTube/video presence: scripting, recording, editing, publishing demos.
• Organize Meetups and Dapr Days, travel for events as needed.
• Build demos and tools showing best practices for Dapr in production and AI scenarios.
• Surface feedback to Engineering and Product teams as the voice of the community.
• Represent Diagrid publicly at conferences and in podcasts.
