About the Role

Join an early-stage open-source MLOps company in a developer relations role at the intersection of community building, technical evangelism, and growth. You will build the company's presence in San Francisco, connect with AI and ML infrastructure communities, and turn community and product signals into measurable engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Build and host recurring meetups for the San Francisco machine learning infrastructure community.

  • Represent the company at relevant AI infrastructure meetups, hackathons, and conferences.

  • Create technical content, including talks, blog posts, social content, and demo videos informed by community needs.

  • Deliver live Python framework demos, read code, answer technical questions, and troubleshoot with engineering audiences.

  • Connect product usage, GitHub activity, and CRM data using tools such as Mixpanel, GitHub APIs, Attio, and Clay.

  • Automate community engagement, lead follow-up, and pipeline tracking using CRM, enrichment, automation, and LLM workflows.

  • Share community feedback and market insights with product and go-to-market teams.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in developer relations, community building, growth, or developer-facing go-to-market roles, with measurable event and engagement outcomes.

  • Proficiency with Python, APIs, and production code, including the ability to demo and troubleshoot technical products live.

  • Experience building and instrumenting community engagement funnels, integrating product usage and open-source signals into automated workflows.

  • Background in early-stage or resource-constrained environments, with ownership of end-to-end initiatives and minimal oversight.

  • Experience creating technical content, running recurring events, and translating product capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with open-source communities, product-led growth, and the MLOps, LLMOps, or AI infrastructure ecosystem.

  • Established connections in the San Francisco AI, ML infrastructure, or MLOps community and a record of public speaking or community participation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
