Ladders is seeking a Developer Relations Documentation Engineer to own the quality and usability of technical documentation for developers using our platform and tools. You will partner with product, engineering, and external collaborators to keep content accurate, practical, and easy to follow as the product evolves.

The role also emphasizes creating structured learning materials and automation for both human users and coding agents. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in technical writing, developer relations, or an engineering role with extensive writing experience.
• Excellent technical communication skills with a portfolio showcasing public-facing documentation or multimedia.
• Proficiency in writing code for documentation maintenance, with familiarity in docs-as-code workflows and CI.
• Understanding of LLM-based application development, such as agents and orchestration frameworks.

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Relations Documentation Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the quality and usability of technical documentation that supports developers working with the company's platform and tools. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and external collaborators to keep content accurate, practical, and easy to follow as the product evolves. The position also focuses on creating structured learning materials and automation that help both human users and coding agents successfully navigate documentation and get value quickly.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $175,000 annually
