Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a Developer Relations engineer to bridge our AI agent platform with the broader developer community in San Francisco. You’ll work with marketing and engineering to showcase projects, publish resources, and help developers adopt our tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding in TypeScript or Python, creating demos, docs, and tutorials, plus running community events and partnerships. On-site in San Francisco, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding experience in TS or Python with shipped projects.
• Experience building and demonstrating agents across messaging/voice platforms.
• Track record creating docs, tutorials, talks, cookbooks, templates, or templates used by developers.
• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

About the Role

As a Developer Relations team member at an AI agents and messaging infrastructure company, you'll connect its developer platform with the broader developer community. Working closely with marketing and engineering leadership, you'll build useful resources, showcase agent projects, and help grow the ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Build and demo agents across messaging and voice platforms, then publish cookbooks, templates, and example repositories.

• Write documentation, quickstarts, and tutorials that help developers get started and build successfully.

• Develop integrations and work with platform partners across the AI and developer tools ecosystem.

• Build and support the developer community through Discord, GitHub, office hours, hackathons, workshops, and contests.

• Represent the company at meetups and hackathons, grow its presence on social platforms, and turn developer feedback into product insights.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on coding experience in TypeScript or Python, with shipped projects using Claude, Codex, or similar AI platforms.

• Experience building and demonstrating agents across multiple messaging or voice platforms.

• A track record of creating documentation, tutorials, talks, cookbooks, templates, or example repositories used by developers.

• Daily experience working with AI tools and models, along with enthusiasm for developer community engagement.

• Experience with developer platform integrations or partnerships, open-source maintenance, or Developer Relations is a plus.

• Approximately 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
