Zusammenfassung

Hightouch is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to own the monorepo and shepherd its path to production for an engineering team of over 50 people.

You will own build, test and deploy patterns, and introduce tools like Turborepo to speed pipelines and separate concerns, while supporting multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure as we expand into new regions. This role requires strong backend fundamentals and a passion for solving hard technical problems that deliver real customer value.

• You will take responsibility for our monorepo and the path to production for over 50 engineers pushing over 75 commits a day.
• You'll own build/test/deploy patterns and implement tools like Turborepo to speed builds and separate concerns.
• You'll support multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure, including launching Hightouch in new regions.

About You:

• You're an engineer passionate about solving hard technical problems that generate real value for customers.
• You've driven significant improvement in developer productivity for a 50+ person team through high-leverage changes.
• You have strong development fundamentals and are comfortable diving into feature code, including complicated backend code.

Interview Process:

• You'll start with a recruiter screen followed by a system design screen.
• Then you have a developer productivity skills interview and a hiring manager chat.
• Finally, there will be a system design interview to architect a system at a conceptual level.
