Hightouch is seeking an engineering leader to work on Customer Studio, Hightouch's second major product. This role blends technical leadership with people management to deliver impact across the product and team.

As a senior engineering leader, you will lead product development and roadmapping while upholding a high technical bar, improve execution pace, up-level team reliability, and grow the team with a focus on developer growth and engagement. Location independent, remote-first.
