A leading company is seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to join their Reality Labs team. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Horizon platforms by creating marketing strategies, planning events, and collaborating across various teams to enhance the developer experience within the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have substantial marketing experience, especially in technology, and a strong understanding of the developer audience.

Meta aims to cultivate and maintain a healthy Horizon developer ecosystem that embodies and facilitates openness and innovation.Meta is seeking an experienced Developer Marketing Manager for our Reality Labs developer marketing team to help us grow the adoption of Horizon with developers. A successful candidate must have experience building and scaling marketing programs to drive platform initiatives to accelerate company priorities. The ideal candidate will combine operational day-to-day execution as well as the longer-term strategic planning to make the Horizon ecosystem successful.
**Required Skills:**
Developer Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
1. Deliver developer assets built around the marketing flywheel (awareness, education, engagement)
2. Build and execute the Horizon marketing plan for developers
3. Oversee and manage creative, strategy and operations agencies for strategy & design development, campaign production & implementation, and digital content production
4. Plan and execute developer events, digital campaigns and other relevant activations
5. Provide regular business and scorecard updates
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, brand, communications, legal, privacy and others
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. 7+ years of experience in marketing
8. Work experience in technology, including understanding of technical audiences, products and technologies
9. Experience working in cross-functional organizations, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teams
10. Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build best in class campaign work
11. Experience in event marketing, planning and execution
12. Experience in content and digital marketing

13. 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role
14. Understanding of developer audience and experience marketing to them

**Public Compensation:**
$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
